Before you Visit
Everything you need to know before your visit, from appointments and fees to what you can expect during treatment.

Can I claim through my insurance?
Yes. If you have dental insurance, you may be able to claim for your treatment. As coverage varies between policies and providers, we recommend checking with your insurance company beforehand to confirm your eligibility and level of cover. If you need any supporting documents for your claim, we'll be happy to assist.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure we can reserve enough time for your visit. We also offer a limited number of walk-in slots daily from 10:30 am, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're experiencing a dental emergency, please contact us and we'll do our best to see you as soon as possible.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. Our clinic is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access through the rear entrance through a ramp. Please let us know before your appointment so we can set up the ramp and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Do you offer teeth whitening?
Yes. We offer both in-clinic and take-home teeth whitening using one of the leading professional whitening systems available.
Before whitening, we'll carry out an assessment to ensure you're a suitable candidate. Healthy teeth and gums are important for achieving the best results, so if any dental issues are present, we'll recommend addressing those first before proceeding with whitening.
Do you provide crowns, veneers, and dentures?
Yes. We provide a full range of restorative treatments, including crowns, veneers, bridges, and dentures. Wherever possible, we take a digital approach by using intraoral scanning and digital workflows to improve comfort, precision, and predictability.
Following an assessment, we'll discuss the most suitable treatment options for your individual needs and smile goals.
Do you see children?
Absolutely! We love seeing children. As parents of two ourselves, we know that a child's early experiences at the dentist can shape how they feel about dental visits for years to come. We take a gentle, patient approach to help children feel safe, comfortable, and even enjoy coming to the dentist.
How often should I visit the dentist?
For most people, visiting the dentist every 6 months is a good general guideline. However, the ideal recall interval depends on your individual oral health and risk of developing dental disease.
If you have a higher risk of tooth decay or gum disease, we may recommend check-ups as often as every 3 months. If you have a very low risk and your oral health is stable, we may recommend visits every 12 to 24 months.
We'll recommend a recall schedule that's tailored to your individual needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Is parking available?
Yes. Street parking is available around the clinic. We also have a limited number of dedicated parking spaces at the rear of the building, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If these are full, you'll generally find more parking available behind the block.
What if I'm nervous about visiting the dentist?
That's completely understandable. Our team is committed to providing gentle, personalised care in a calm and welcoming environment. We'll explain each step of your treatment, answer your questions, and work at a pace you're comfortable with, so you can feel more relaxed throughout your visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
If you're taking any regular medications, please bring your hospital medication booklet or a list of your current medications. If you have any previous dental X-rays or relevant dental records, feel free to bring those along as well. This helps us provide the safest and most appropriate care for you.
